What Kue does

Kue is an online platform that helps DJs share tipping links and QR codes, receive voluntary tips from fans, optionally collect song requests, and manage payouts. We are not a bank, money transmitter, or payment processor — tips are processed by integrated third-party payment providers.

DJ accounts

DJs must provide accurate profile information, keep login credentials secure, and comply with these terms. We may verify profiles or payout details to reduce fraud. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Fan tipping & song requests

Tips are voluntary support payments from fans to DJs. A tip does not create an employment relationship or guarantee any service. Song requests are not guaranteed to be played — DJs decide what to perform. Messages and requests may be moderated for safety and quality.

Platform fees & third-party processing

Kue may retain a platform fee from successful tips as disclosed at checkout or in your dashboard. Payments are initiated through third-party providers (for example mobile money gateways). Their terms and availability may apply in addition to ours.

Withdrawals

DJs may request withdrawals subject to minimum amounts, review periods, and valid payout methods. See our Withdrawal Policy for more detail.

Prohibited conduct & suspension

You may not use Kue for fraud, harassment, illegal content, money laundering, or to circumvent payment rules. We may suspend or terminate accounts that risk the platform or other users, subject to applicable law.

Content from fans

Fan-submitted messages and requests are the responsibility of the sender. DJs may hide or reject content where the product allows it. We may remove content that violates law or these terms.

Disputes, limitation of liability

Payment and payout disputes are often best resolved with your bank or mobile money provider. For platform issues, contact support. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kue is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
